Dear Doctor, how many hours of sleep should my six-year-old child get, ideally?

My five-year-old son spends a lot of time watching cartoons and playing video games. How much screen time is appropriate for him ?

Due to constant exposure to languages likes English,Hindi ,etc. at home and school, my eight-year-old child is not confident enough to speak any language properly . How can I help her ?
